This human capacity has five characteristics: Aerobic Capacity; Anaerobic Power; Flexibility; Speed   and; Muscular strength. The above is well known to exercise theorists.


Regularly, people with health problems go to medical consultations and of course, the issue of overweight appears, hence it is so familiar to associate overweight with diseases, and therefore to weight loss with health .

Caroline Myss, in her latest posts talks about mental viruses, I agree. This issue of overweight and weight loss via exercise, it seems to me that it meets all the characteristics to catalog it as a mental virus, of which many people are infected.


In no way do I want to downplay the fact of leading an active life, for nothing, in my case regularly and consistently I train in free diving (Apnea) and Tai Chi Chuan, I recognize the importance of being in full physical shape. But from there, to recommend to a person who is overweight to start giving careers, it seems crazy.

Let's see. When people reach a state of overweight there are high chances that either of these two things will happen:

Of course there are other possibilities, but much less likely to occur, so we do not mention them.

So how can a person who experiences the first option described above, be able to adapt their life to continuous exercise, to sustained training? To achieve this, you must start in the arts and science of physical education, and adapt a special diet to such training.

The truth is that every time I think about it, I seem to be in the presence of an oxymoron. How can a person take a 180 degree turn to improve their health? He must become the person he never was ... and never will be.

For us, since Genoculture, overweight is nothing more than that, a condition in which a person accumulated a lot of calories. It is a passing condition that the body can reverse naturally, as long as it is controlled from the origin. To correct such a situation, that person will not have to become an athlete, he will not have to stop being who he is. On the contrary, you must strengthen your individual character and understand the irrefutable fact that, eating according to your particular needs produces natural results of organic adjustment, that these adjustments lead to an improvement in the quality of life, a feeling of well-being and of course , progressive weight control.

Every day we see the failure of many people, who like many others believe that the solution is in the exercise. When we see the degree of commitment to that idea, we ask ourselves why, if they do not achieve the results, insist and insist and continue to insist?

Our goal is not to change this belief. We propose a system that addresses this issue from another point of view, it is simply something else.

For us, physical fitness can only be achieved from nutrition, for a single reason. The body is built with the elements provided by a proper diet. When an organism is overweight, the organic functions are compromised by its composition and structure, that body is not in a position to start an exercise to which it is not accustomed and biologically it is not possible to remake from the accumulated fat. What that being will do when he insists on exercising without a supportive body, will be to accumulate stress and abuse. And therefore, he will spend the rest of his time at will, insisting without achieving lasting results.

All this will get worse if the exercise is accompanied by a calorie-restrictive diet. Typical recipe of the gurus of "youthful beauty".

Is our position controversial? Yes. We do not recommend exercise to a person who does not already have it as a routine. We prefer that physical fitness be recovered from nutrition, in the end it is the only way that is possible.
